Calculator is the costing model on its own: overheads, employee cost, equipment depreciation and a true cost floor for every service, so you know what your work costs before you quote it. Starter adds the operational side: clients, jobs, estimates, invoicing and the customer portal. Professional adds crew dispatch (the runsheet and drag-and-drop scheduling) and app access for up to five people. Business doubles that to ten and adds bulk import, the profitability reports, REST API keys and outbound webhooks. Nothing is removed as you go up; each plan is the one below it plus more.

If you already have a way of running jobs and just want to know whether your rates cover your costs, start on Calculator. If you want Bizzie to run the work as well (quoting, invoicing, getting paid), start on Starter. Either way the 14-day trial gives you full access to everything, so you can find out which you need before you pay for it. Changing plans takes a couple of clicks.

No. You can add as many employees as you like on every plan, because they are what the costing model runs on: their wage, super, leave loading and hours are how Bizzie works out what an hour of your work actually costs. What the plan limits is how many people can sign in and use the app. A five-person crew where only you use Bizzie needs one seat, not five.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.

It is priced rather than free because it still costs us to host and store your data.

Yes. Your business data is stored in Sydney, Australia (Supabase ap-southeast-2) and the app runs in Sydney too (Vercel syd1), both on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Every database table is protected by row-level security policies. A few sub-processors, such as error reporting and email delivery, operate outside Australia; they are named in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in the app.

Yes. No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel yourself from Settings → Billing (no phone call or email required) and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
